Pam is a miracle worker! Under a previous Executor, my mom's house sat on the market for nearly three years. The house had many challenges: it was a small 1970s ranch that hadn't been updated, located in the sticks of Sussex county. The only big draw was it's 4-acre lot size. The house would only appeal to a small, niche group of buyers--someone looking for a fixer-upper or maybe a retired person who wanted to have a big garden. Pam came highly recommended as someone specializing in hard-to-sell properties. She certainly earns that title. We agreed on a price that I was happy with, and the house hit the MLS on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. She had three showings, two offers, and the house went under contract the Tuesday after Memorial Day--so it sold after FOUR DAYS on the market, all thanks to Pam. I lived 70 miles away from the property, and Pam made herself available whenever I couldn't make it to the house--inspections, water-shocking, engineers, etc. She also referred me to an excellent excavator, as I needed a new septic system. And Pam worked her wonders in 2014, so the market was still tough (yes, this review is long overdue).

Pam was a GODSEND for us. We are a young couple on a tight budget, but we knew what we wanted. We didn't want to sacrifice quality to fit into our budget. We looked for over a year, took pauses for our wedding and the birth of our baby, and Pam was very patient and informative. She steered us away from houses she knew weren't what we were looking for--and informed us if they were in a flood zone: always recommending we look elsewhere. She answered all of our questions as new home buyers, and explained every step of the process in detail. She even recommended a lawyer, John Fahey, who worked with us to assure our closing date wasn't pushed back by the buyer. When it came to closing on our home, Pam and her team were like a pitbull---making sure everyone stayed on task so we could move into our home on our tight schedule and in time for the new school year. Always patient, professional, and personable: Pam Sleppin was a better realtor than we could have ever asked for. In a field where shady, money hungry realtors just want to get their cut, she truly went above and beyond--never pushy and always helpful. She was available on the phone whenever I called or texted. I'll be recommending her to anyone looking for homes in the area!

This was our first experience purchasing a house as a first buyer. Pam worked hard on our side and gave us all information we needed for making a correct decision. She was always available and attentive to detail and always was timely in her response to questions. Her excellent suggestions came from of her lot of knowledge of Sparta areas and subdivisions. I believe during the purchase process her recommendations saved us money and ultimately helped us attain an excellent purchase price considering current market conditions. Pam assessed, marketed and processed a secondary home sale for me that permitted quick and acceptable closure. This included selling the home in need of repair, marketing and pricing that attracted immediate attention and then coming into a mutually acceptable cash sale agreement with the buyer that permitted closure for all parties involved, in a timely manner. My experience with Pam Sleppin was none other than exceptional. She was both our listing and buying agent and she followed through on both transactions with the highest level of respect, and went above and beyond the norm to make sure both transactions went smoothly. She had our old house listed on the market and under contract within 35 calendar days; and sold in a difficult and depressed town at a price even the appraiser was surprised to see in that town. She negotiated everything for us and got us everything we wanted. She sold us our perfect house in our top choice town and had our back throughout the entire process. One word can tell you everything about Pam, "RELENTLESS". I have bought and sold five homes in the past and I must say I have never worked with anyone quite like Pam. Her ability to negotiate and handle all problems with her hands on approach was unbelievable to me. She left nothing to chance and took charge of every aspect of the sale of my home.
